It runs every 5 minutes However, this is really annoying, as whenever I scroll around the document, when autosave runs, it jumps back to where the cursor is. I appreciate that I can turn off autosave, or reduce the frequency, but this would be in my opinion dangerous. The best solution to me is that autosave does not scroll the window, and leaves the current view as is.
