Some videos will show like they should, others disappear and yet others just makes OOo hang when attempting to play. There doesn't seem to be a connection between the error and either file type, size, or special characters in the source file name. (I have tried avi and mpeg, with go and no-go results from both types) Works OK when using a link to external file instead of embedding the video. This may indicate that the internal media player has something to do with the problem (or is that just a wrapper?).
