User jpmcc changed the following: What |Old value |New value ================================================================================ Status|RESOLVED |REOPENED -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Resolution|INVALID | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Wed May 30 18:32:19 +0000 2007 ------- Please refer to http://www.openoffice.org/scdocs/ProjectOwnerMailingLists. Can you confirm my understanding is correct. List type "Unmoderated" - anything goes. List type "Moderated" - nothing goes unless moderated. List type "Discuss" - postings are always allowed from subscribers; non-subscribers are always moderated - unless they are on the allowed posters list. Non-subscribers who are moderated successfully are automatically added to 'allowed-posters' list (is this true?). The help system doesn't describe List type "Allowed Posters" (I have filed http://qa.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=77834 about this) but if I understand you correctly: List type "Allowed-posters" - this type only accepts postings from people on the 'allowed posters' list of the mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] in project www. Can you confirm this is correct? It sounds a bit strange to me :-) --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
