As this issue here wasn't reproducible on Linux and Windows it could indeed be an OOo on Mac OS problem. I already talked with Tino Rachui who currently works on the clipboard implementation of the native Mac Port. Once he will be able to test copying and pasting tables and DDE links we will see what it is.
