By default, the Pentaho-Reporting-Engine logs everything to the standard output stream (to make sure that everyone sees the log; smart people can configure it later :)). Logging can be configured by adding a 'jfreereport.properties' file into the root (aka default package) of the jar-file with the following contents: <!-------------- SNIP --------------------> # This line throws away the default logging # without adding a new one.
