2007 -------
- open the attached database document
- open the report "countries, tabular" for editing
- mark both the "Population" field in the page header, and the control
  beneath it in the detail section
- try using the "Fit to greatest width" functionality from the toolbar
  to make both controls have the same size
=> this item in the toolbar is disabled

It seems the item is only enabled when you selected controls in *one* section.
However, it would of course also be useful when your selection spans multiple
sections.
