The core problem is actually this: Collabnet inserts too much of its own HTML into static documents. Perhaps there is a way to turn that off instead. I realize one can hack around it. Been there, done that. That's not what we need. That causes several problems the first of which is that it is not possible to preview a new layout or design until it is made public. The second, which is more severe is that it makes changing layout or correcting an error in the layout very drawn out and difficult instead of the normal few seconds or minutes.
