I installed OO from the ubuntu repositry, the version is called "2.2.0- 1ubuntu3", i run it under KDE. To underline again: I guess the bug is very specific to linux (maybe even KDE) because Win handles the wheel completly different. At least, i wouldnt expect a list to toggle its content, when i wheel over it, without selecting it first. But in Linux this is default behaviour. OO under Linux does it, but not completly.
