------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Wed Jun 6 01:05:18 +0000 2007 ------- I have opened the attached file, and it has nothing to do with the issue reported. The text in the table cells look vertical because the left and right indent don't leave enough space for the text, making the digits appear "stacked". That said, I can confirm the issue reported. If I try to turn on the "vertical callouts" button (or whatever it's called in the English version, in Dutch it's "verikale toelichtingen"), it flashes on for a moment and then disappears without a hint why. I searched the help file, and after a while I found out that to support vertical callouts you have to turn on Asiatic text support. Why is this turned off by default? a) Asian text support should be turned on by default. b) If you try to turn a button requiring on that requires Asian text support, OOo should ask you if you want to turn it on. c) The horizontal / verical callout buttons have round icons, but produce square callouts. d) There are already buttons that change a vertical callout in a horizontal one or vice versa. Why have special horizontal / verical callout buttons at all when we already have the normal callout butten with a menu to select the shape? Make it just remember what kind of callout was last inserted and have just one vertical / horizontal toggle button for everything. Much more intuitive. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
