------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sat Jun 9 10:05:55 +0000 2007 ------- Hello, the line numbering option does not work correctly if a table is exceeding a page. This is very annoying in big documents where many tables are used. To reproduce this bug: - Create a new Writer-Document - Activate the Line numbering by clicking "Tools --> Line Numbering" - Select "Show Numbering" and check the Box "Restart every new page" - Press "Enter" very often until you have three empty pages in your document - Go back to the first page and insert a table (by clicking "Table --> Insert --> Table") somewhere in the middle of the page. This table should have 2 columns and 4 rows. - You now should have a document with some empty lines, then a table and then many additional empty lines. You should see, that the lines of the table are not counted. - You should now have a look at the second page of the document and you should recognize that the line numbering restarts on the second page. - Now move the cursor to somewhere above the table and press "Enter" until the table splits between page 1 and page 2 - Now the line numbering is broken. The second page continues the enumeration of the first page and does not set back the counter. On the third page the line numbering is correct. I set the Priority to "P2" because I think that this bug should be fixed in 2.2.1 (if it is possible) because line numbering is an often needed feature for students. Thanks to my neighbor for recognizing this bug. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
