The issue is that we input 1.00, and it results in 1.01 This is a bug, and developers are finding an excuse for it in the way OO measurements are implemented internally. Ok, it might be a very good excuse. But still this behavior is completely wrong, and WONTFIX cannot be applied. We are not asking for an immediate resolution, feel free to take several years to fix it. But please don't tell us that this is normal to see 1.01 instead of 1.00 that we input, please.
