------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Tue Jun 12 19:25:01 +0000 2007 ------- When you activate outline numbering for a specific paragraph style, then visit that style's dialogue box, its associated numbering style is blank. If you change the numbering style associated with that paragraph style, the style is no longer associated with outline numbering. There are several solutions to this problem, some more desirable than others. - In the Numbering Style drop-down, display "controlled by outline numbering"; perhaps have it grayed-out so that you have to disable outline numbering for this style before changing its numbering. - (much better) Add "Outline Numbering" 1, 2, 3... to the numbering styles.
