------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Wed Jun 13 09:05:19 +0000 2007 ------- Hi, Oo.org seems to ignore whatever printer is set as default and instead loads the printer from the document (last used printer with that document) even though the user profile has the "Load user speicifed settings" option disabled. Platform: Debian etch with bits from lenny, KDE, cups, tested Oo.org official etch binaries (2.0.4), Debian unstable binaries (2.2.1rc3) and official build (OOo_2.2.1_LinuxIntel_install_wJRE_en-US.tar.gz), all show this issue. This is a major nuisance in our environment: people print to some networked printer 3 times because "it doesn't come out on my printer so lets just try again" etc. The default printer is properly set in cups, and spadmin shows the correct printer as default. Also, when I start a new document the default printer is set, so the cups integration seems to basically work. It's just that the "don't load userspecified settings" options seems to have no effect on printer selection behaviour. thanks & greetings Adrian von Bidder OPIT Solutions Switzerland --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
