2007 -------
This usually happens when you save (parts of) the document, and then terminate
OOo. This means it's a normal state for my bugdocs :)

Nonetheless, we need a machnism to remove such dead corpses from the document -
which we currently don't have.

Also, there might indeed be scenarios where dead corpses are left over though
you normally shut down OOo, but all such scenarios, as far as we were aware of
them, are fixed.
