------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Wed Jun 13 22:13:55 +0000 2007 ------- Just tried 2.2.1 (Windows 32-bit), and this issue remains unsolved. The same test file will illustrate. To re-phrase: - Load the supplied test ODT document into Writer - Make some, small changes, if needed - Insert a few sub-paragraphs... - Save, as ODT, as MS-WORD-6, as WORD-95/2000, and as WORD-97. When the saved files are re-opened in Writer: - ODT: OK - WORD-6: damaged indenting, and the numbering of sub-paragraphs is broken. - WORD-95/2000: damaged, as for WORD-6. - WORD-97: OK When the saved files are re-opened in MS-WORD: - WORD-6: indenting is OK, the numbering of sub-paragraphs is broken. - WORD-95/2000: damaged, as for WORD-6. - WORD-97: OK As I suggested previously, this, IMO, seriously breaks basic compatibility with WORD documents - unless W-97 formats are used exclusively. - Mike --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
