copy index/table(contents) from a writer document into another writer document ,
some items of index/table(contents) are lost
steps to reproduce :
1): creat a new writer document , creat 2 paragraphs including some words ,
press F11 key on keyboard , then pop up "Styles and formatting" dialog.
2): select the 1th paragraph , click the "heading 1 " styles or other
styles on the "Styles and formatting" dialog.
3): select the 2th paragraph , click the "heading 2" styles or other styles
on the "Styles and formatting" dialog
4): move the cursor into the end of the 2th paragraph .
5): click "Insert --> Indexs and Tables -->Indexs and Tables" , then pop up
the "Insert Index/Table" dialog. select the "Index/Table" tab , select the
"Protected against manual changes" check box, then click the "Ok" button.
6): use "Ctrl + A" to select all content in the document created at the 1th
step , including the 2 paragraphs and the contens inserted at the 5th step. use
the "Ctrl + C" to copy the selection.
7): create another new writer document , use the "Ctrl + V" to paste the
content copied at the 6th step.
result : compare contents in the document created at the 7th step with the
contents in the document created at the 1th step. some items which are shown
when you move cursor into the an entry of contents and then click the right
mouse button in document created at the 7th step are lost
