Changed numerical correctness/precision of ftools to get continuity test work reliably. Removed ftools comparisons with free small value. Removed implementation at other classes using it. AW: Adapted svg import/export helpers in basegfx. This showed tha the reason i do this changes is more than valid; the old export unnecessarily exported 'c' statements instead of 'l' and 's' where possible. AW: dapted and corrected unit tests. AW: Checked in basegfx state. AW: When using C1 or C2 and saving/loading, the C1/C2 is lost due to API using integer polygons for transport. I informed CL and also wrote an issue some months ago. Priority shold raise for this issue -> #i73044#.
