fixed on CWS dr55
I changed the default values for the following printing options:
- Print only selected sheets (property AllSheets)
- Suppress output of empty pages (property EmptyPages)
In addition, if the 'Print only selected sheets' option is checked,
the Calc page preview will only print the displayed sheet.
