Using:
Insert > Fields > Other > Variables > Set Variable
The fields get exported to Word as text.
Suggest following for invisible:
OOo Writer Field | Word Field
-----------------------------------+----------------
Set variable Module = 1 | { SET Module 1}
Set variable Module = Module + 1 | { SET Module { = Module + 1 }
For visible, in Word format append { = Module } to display the value.
