2007 -------
This patch brings us focus rings and no focus rects for PushButton, CheckBox and
RadioButton. Simply switching all off doesnt really help for controls that are
not natively themed (like e.g. the treelistbox). We will switch off more focus
rects (and switch on focus rings accordingly) as we support more NWF controls,
e.g. text fields need that but are not drawn native yet.
