------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Thu Jun 21 05:51:20 +0000 2007 ------- It seems that OOo isn't using the host system's support for these fonts; my system (Ubuntu Feisty Fawn) has OTF support in all of the GNOME applications that I use, save for OOo, of course. It looks as if this has been an issue for quite a while now; what's the stopper keeping it from being fixed? This is an important issue for many reasons, one of which is consistency with the rest of the system (see https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/openoffice.org/+bug/121294 for what I mean; I use an OpenType font for the rest of my system's user interface, and it doesn't work in OOo at all, including widget and menu rendering, which makes it look very ugly when compared with the rest of the system). --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
