I imported hundreds of .csv and encoded text files with OOo 2 without any
problem, and the report does not sound plausible . May be your problem is
similar to to 23078? I will close this issue as WFM, because the statement "...
impossible to open .csv document with CALC" is definitively wrong.
Pls. feel free to reopen this issue if you find out that the problem still is
present with a current stable OOo version (2.2.1 of later) and if you can
contribute additional information:
1. a sample .csv file that causes problems for you
2. a step by step information containing really every mouse click and every
key press, may be you should use report from Issue 58710 as an example
3. Your Platform
4. Complete version information concerning your LINUX
5. complete information concerning version and source of your LINUX
