we wait not even 24 hrs. for user feedback before closing an issue? What sense
does it make to point a user to the English mailinglist, if he says his English
is "very poor"? And if there is a "case", an issue is the right thing, not a
mail, isn't it?

However, when you are in doubt whether you have a problem because the program is
defective, or just because you don't know *how* to do the job with OOo, please
ask on the users mailinglist for assistance. You'll find a list of francophone
