Note that I made ScInterpreter::div() a static member function, it's unnecessary
to pass the 'this' pointer around if not needed. Also made it public in case it
could be used elsewhere. Applied some cosmetics here and there. Modified some
other functions to return a #DIV/0 error as well, see test case document I'll
attach.
