------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Wed Mar 9 03:57:22 -0800 2005 ------- OOo 2.x introduced a complete new presentation engine using SMIL for shape effects and transitions. This feature also introduced a complete new xml format for animations. As a consequence, OOo 1.x can not read such animations and therefore all shape effects and transitions are lost when sharing presentation documents between OOo 2.x and OOo 1.x To enable better migration, this issue will resolve the problem that even when exporting into OOo 1.x document format from a OOo 2.x, no old animation data is exported.
