It always may happen that a profile is damaged (You use firefox and might know
it). But in no way we uninstall and remove so called profiles. No software is
doing that and it destroys the sense of profiles. In case the profile isn't
damaged all your settings are lost in case of a remove. You should remove the
profile in 'Application Date' manually.
