Open a Spreadsheet Insert same values e.g Range A1:C3 Value 1-9 Select all Cells Format them e.g. as currency; simplest by using the Toolbar Button Insert Chart e.g Type Column Select a Dataseries Menu Format - Object properties... Tabpage Data Labels or Menu Insert- Data labels Mark Show value, option as Number Press Number format...
