Design Mode for form controls in Calc can be switched on/off by following these
steps :
Open the document
View-toolbars-Form Controls
Click on the second Icon in the first row of this toolbar. This toogles the
design mode for form controls. (If you place the mouse cursor over the Icon it
should show a tip help)
