FYI, it would be near impossible to check each suggestion against existing ones
and then make each issue. When I make suggestions to any other company
(companies which seem to act upon suggestions quickly), it is in a list, and
then they see everything I want, and then they respond or act or note it down.
They don't require that the suggestions be checked against old suggestions,
first.

Why does this have to be different? This system isn't the best for software
development.
