The paragraph with the title "New Line?" deals with a new topic, and should be positioned below the bottom of the frame. Image 2 shows how this can currently be acheived - by inserting manual carriage returns. Images 3 and 4 show how the use of hard carriage returns fails if the page soze changes. Similar problems could occur if the amount of content were to change.
