For OOo3 we started a discussion on our mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] for several changes in OOo related artwork including the splash screen. If you want to, please restart this discussion on the mailing list. As I already told you in issue 54041 I'm not really involved in OOo in the moment, so the mailing list would be the best place to discuss...
