Hi,
in no way a P2 Issue. P4 is more appropriate.
As with 2.3 the behavior of the Chart creation changes completly (the Chart
prview will be created as soon as you press the Chart button, a Chart creation
cursor is no longer available) I've to close this one as invalid.
