... or even better a test kit with source and destination document.
Additionally we need a step by step instruction how you created those documents
(containing really every mouse click and every key press) and some Help text or
other instruction you followed when you created the link.
I checked with "2.2.1 Multilingual German version WIN XP: [680m18(Build9161)]"
and found out that there is no way to insert a hyperlink with added internal
destination (Heading, text mark or similar). I doubt that it will work to add
some html code.
