When referencing the results of someones calculations from another
workbook-and-sheet, the result is a local reference;

To reproduce:
- make a new workbook
- on sheet1 enter values a1 = <1> and a2 = <2>
- on sheet2 enter values a1 = <=sheet1.a1 + 10> and a2 = <=sheet1.a2 + 10>
- on sheet2 select the range a1:a2
- from the menu select Data|Define Range...
- enter the name (i.e. 'pubformulas')
- save the workbook as 'source.ods'
- make a new workbook
- while positioned at sheet1.a1; select Insert|Link to External Data...
- select the first workbook and range

Now 'Err:522' is printed in both fields sheet1.a1 and sheet1.a2 in the target
workbook.
Would the latter selection be made on sheet2 and values be entered on sheet1 the
 reference would be resolved, but locally.
