------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sat Jul 14 07:27:12 +0000 2007 ------- I received an email from Russel saying that the feature ia already in Impress. I didn't mean "dynamic link", which uses a link to an external .ods file to update the object embedded in the presentation whenever the presentation is open (a feature long existing in spreadsheets). I mean a dynamic calc object that can be changed "on the fly" during a slide presentation. I want, during a slide presentation, to change a cell and have the calc object to recalculate everything and present the new values in the object, without having to interrupt the presentation. This is useful in presentations fo show simulations and scenarios. The only way to change a cell value is by stopping the presentation and changing the object in design mode. This is completely different from dynamic link, and is a feature that doesn't exist neither in Impress nor in similars like ms-excel. I hope this had clarified the issue. Thanks.
