When a TrueType font has ulUnicodeRange2 bit 57 set in the OS/2 table ("Non
Plane 0"), OOo Writer makes line spacing exactly twice too large. For example
this applies to the DejaVu font
<http://dejavu.sourceforge.net/wiki/index.php/Main_Page> in version 2.18. When
the font is changed by only changing this bit to 0, line spacing is correct.

This is PLD version of OOo with lots of patches, but hopefully the cause is in
the core.
