Fixing this is best postponed after a general code simplification of configmgr
currently under way on CWS sb73, targeting OOo 2.4. Since according to as the
RecoveryList mentioned above is currently the only configuration set that grows
in this way, and its growth is bounded by the number of simultaneously open
documents, retargeting this issue to OOo 2.4 should not be a problem.
