Note that I had to change currency formats from [$FB-80C] to [$F-621] to
make them match the currency symbol, and the LangID 0x0621 defined in
tools/inc/lang.hxx. I also changed the J/M/A date keywords to D/M/Y,
translated keywords aren't used for new locales. Compare with version
checked in to CVS.
