Fixed in CWS chart10.
The problem was that the chart view was recreated to often when changes were
made on the underlying cell ranges. So for example moving the ranges of 7 series
did lead to seven recreations of the according chart. Now each single chart is
recreated only once.
The other scenario where charts were recreated to often was when typing new
values in used cells. Always when leaving the changed cell the chart using that
cell was recreated immediately. This is very problematic for those kind of
charts that need longer to update like 3D charts or charts with many data. The
problem is solved now with a timer. When the user types continuously the charts
will not update. Only when the user makes a pause (2/3 second of no typing) then
the chart views will be updated.
