The problem seems to be OSL_DOUBLE_CHECKED_LOCKING_MEMORY_BARRIER() in
rtl/instance.hxx. May it can be fixed just surround it with
{
OSL_DOUBLE_CHECKED_LOCKING_MEMORY_BARRIER()
}
