This is exactly the difference between NNNN and NNN format code: NNNN does
display the LongDateDayOfWeekSeparator, the NNN code does not. Furthermore, the
NNN format code is an alias of the DDDD format code. Simply use a format with
the NNN or DDDD code instead.
