Could you attach the PPD you are using for convenience. Thanks. Btw. what printing system are you using. CUPS? What's probably happening (from what I can see so far): Helvetica is a Bitmap XFont which can not be printed. OO.o performs a fallback for printing which results in "NimbusSanL-Regu" being chosen.
