However, in this case you were a little unlucky in raising this often requested Issue. I don't believe that 'fst' meant anything by his comment, it's just when reviewing hundreds of Issues QA and Developers often give rather short replies. The Sun developers are starting to address usability of Calc, so this might get fixed in the not too distant future.
