It's late: I'll be brief.

Friend brought me a .doc resume file saved to cd-rom. I build/repair windows
OSes. I like OO so I usually add it in for people who would normally never see
it when I fix their systems. I like honest people and would like to know if
something dishonest was done to that document. OO couldn't read it, nor could
Word, it's not a bad file, just something that can't be Interpreted anymore.

As the poor man's SysAdmin, I'd like to know what's up and this seems a fair
place to ask as I don't do word processor coding - yet my systems/network may be
at risk.

There is a trust level that I will address. Good copy, wrongly encoded, suspect
a bad machine or hacking or bad - Boxcars for this guy. I'll send the file to
anyone interested in this little discrepancy. Request for assistance.
