AS->PL: Framework does not use Maximize on the WorkWindow ... because there is
no special configuration about maximized/minimized. TH established - long time
ago .-) - the method SetWindowState() which is used instead. So we call
SetWindowState(",,,;4;"); to reach the goal showing an application window in
maximized mode. Seams VCL itself does not use WorkWindow::Maximize() in such
case ? .-)
