I think you mean that if I use a file manager (like Windows Explorer) I can email a file from there. But please remember, I'm a user and not a developer. So, as a user, I'm saying again that if the functionality of the program is going to be changed then it needs to be clear. To users. The previous functionality to link to an email program through OpenOffice.org is not there; there's no reason why it should have been removed. I could do it before and I don't see why I shouldn't be able to do it now. If OO.o doesn't link to any email program from within itself then why have the "Send" item in the File menu?
