------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Thu Mar 10 20:19:32 -0800 2005 ------- 1) Created a simple XY-scatter plot chart with the wizard. - Make 2 columns of data, one with some numbers, and a 2nd with their squares - Highlighted this data and hit the chart button - Selected the XY-scatter "symbols only" chart style and finished out the wizard 2) Clicked on the chart (cant remember how many times), but eventually manged to select the series of data points (although it seemed rather glitchy on where you could click to select certain things). 3) Right clicked on the data series and selected "object properties" 4) Clicked the "power regression" item under the statistics tab. and hit "ok" 5) Now if I click on the regression line and goto object properties, all I can edit is the line style, no way to change the regression. I was also unable to either delete or "cut" the regression to remove it from the graph. I assume this is a defect, but possibly just an enhancement request (not overly familiar with the software). http://www.andrewpangborn.com/images/oo3.jpg http://www.andrewpangborn.com/files/squares.ods --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
