Just another undocumented Excel SYLK behavior :-(
If the Record Type Descriptor (RTD) ID has the Field Type Descriptor (FTD) ;P
set to XL, Excel assumes 1904 date base instead of 1900 if the (also
undocumented) RTD O option FTD ;V is not set. Any other ID;P value than XL seems
to lead to 1900 if ;V is not set. Windows Excel 2003 writes ID;PWXL.
