After the closing by mru, I had a look at the refered 14674.
 
No. This is NOT the same issue.
 
I don't know how familiar you are with the MS Word (I am still using MSOffice
2000 a lot).
 
As far as I did understand:
- what ISSUE 14674 wants:
Have a view like the MSWord 'Normal view', which is hiding header and footer and
just shows the body text with a line, marking the page breaks.
 
- what ISSUE 80474 (myself) wants:
Have - in regards of headers and footers apearance - a behaviour like MSWord in
'Page Layout view' (I hope this is the correct english naming, since I use a
German version).
= header & footer dimmed and editable only via menu or double click
 
 
I feel, that both issues (14674 & 80474) are totally different ones.
