I would just add that the unfitting report window I described happened with a 800 x 600 screen.
Anyway I will try managing with keys.

on Windows you can move a dialog without mouse by pressing alt-space (window menu poens) select Move and then move weith cursor keys. press <retunr> to finish.
maybe that helps a bit
